U.S Merchant Systems Selects International Card Establishment's Neos Merchant Solutions Gift and Rewards Program for National Launch

(OTC Bulletin Board: ICRD) announced that its gift and rewards company, Neos Merchant Solutions, has been chosen by U.S. Merchant Systems (USMS) to provide a gift and rewards program for USMS' merchant accounts. USMS has commenced a launch of Neos' smart card based gift and rewards cards to thousands of merchants through its nationwide sales force of more than 200 agents.
USMS is a highly successful Merchant Account Provider offering bankcard-processing services to thousands of merchants nationwide. Recently, USMS was named the official Merchant Account Provider to the Independent Organization of Little Caesar's Pizza Franchisees to whom it will offer both bankcard merchant services and a gift and rewards card program.
