I.C.E. to Provide Administrative and Processing Services to New Agents
Oxnard, California – July 19, 2004—International Card
Establishment, Inc. (OTCBB:ICRD) today announced that it had
signed 11 new independent agents who will act as its
representatives in the United States and Canada. The agents are
located in: Brownsville, Texas; Scottsdale, Arizona; Freeland,
Washington; Upland, California; Bermuda Dunes, California;
Ventura, California; Glendora, California; Mississauga, Ontario;
and, Vernon, British Columbia.
As part of the I.C.E. group of independent sales agents, this
newly recruited corps will direct their administrative and
processing workload to I.C.E. which will handle all of the “back
office” functions associated with credit card processing. This
includes customer service issues, electronic transaction
point-of-sale equipment deployment and servicing and any special
agent training.
"We are extremely pleased to have signed these agents to our
independent agent program, whose function is to free these agents
from unproductive administrative tasks so that they can
concentrate on what they do best: winning new merchant accounts,”
said Jonathan Severn, Chairman and President, I.C.E. “Moreover,
I.C.E. expects to increase its revenue stream from its newly
signed agents by providing them with additional processing
services as soon as I.C.E. is certified as a direct credit card
processor," Mr. Severn added.
